vibe-replay

A tool that turns Claude, Cursor, Codex and other AI coding sessions into a single shareable, animated HTML replay of every prompt, thought and tool call, with local analytics and search across all sessions.

vibe-replay

vibe-replay reads local session logs from Claude, Cursor, Codex, OpenCode and other coding agents and renders one self-contained HTML file that replays a session's prompts, reasoning and tool calls in order, so a reviewer can see why code changed rather than only what changed in a pull-request diff. A dashboard view lists every session across all local projects with a daily activity snapshot, heatmaps, cost totals and project analytics, and can filter by repository, tool, MCP server or tool, skill, or context compaction.

A remote-sources feature can also pull JSONL session files from any OpenSSH-compatible host into the same dashboard, reusing the user's existing SSH keys, aliases and ProxyJump configuration, with source-id, provider and connection-timeout validation and a bounded connectivity probe before the catalog refreshes; it does not store credentials itself. The tool is also available as a Claude Code plugin that generates a replay automatically during pull-request creation.
