VortexKV
A pure-Go, drop-in Redis-protocol-compatible in-memory data store with native HNSW vector search, Redis Streams, cluster gossip, and embedded Lua and WebAssembly scripting runtimes.
VortexKV implements the RESP2/RESP3 wire protocol on its own port so existing Redis clients work against it without modification. It reports high throughput figures for pipelined and direct access in its own benchmarks, using a custom event-driven reactor architecture with kqueue on macOS and epoll on Linux and thread-affinity pinning to reduce CPU core migration.
Beyond key-value storage, it adds native HNSW vector search, Redis Streams, cluster gossip for distributed deployment, and embedded Lua 5.1 and WebAssembly scripting runtimes. Production features include password and user authentication, native TLS wire encryption, atomic command batching, and a configurable memory cap with LRU eviction.
A bundled web-based GUI is protected by a security shield modal for its HTTP and WebSocket endpoints. It is written entirely in Go with no CGO dependency, and includes a Kubernetes operator for cluster deployment.
