weaviate-io

The source for the public website that documents the Weaviate vector database, built with the Docusaurus static site generator.

weaviate-io

weaviate-io holds the Docusaurus project used to build the public website around Weaviate, a vector database; the documentation content itself has since moved to a separate repository and is published at docs.weaviate.io. Building the site requires Node.js and the yarn package manager, installed and pinned to a specific Node version through nvm.

Contributing follows a standard fork-and-pull-request workflow: forking the repository, cloning it locally, adding the upstream repository as a remote, and creating a tracking branch before opening a pull request against the upstream main branch.

It is written mainly in MDX.
