wuu

An open source desktop app, written in Go, for working with a bring-your-own-key AI coding agent on local projects, reviewing its file changes and test results inside the app.

wuu

wuu lets a developer connect a model provider, choose a local project folder as a workspace, and ask an agent to read code, make changes or run commands, reviewing the resulting files, diffs and results inside the desktop app. Conversations can be resumed later, and plugins can add further tools and desktop features.

The desktop app is built around the same core as the wuu command-line tool, which can also be built separately and run in scripts, for example in a read-only permission mode that only reviews a project and explains how to run its tests. Sessions and settings are stored locally under the user's home directory, and prompts and context are sent only to whichever model provider the user has configured.
