Zabbix MCP Server

An MCP server that exposes the full Zabbix monitoring API as 237 tools, so AI assistants such as Claude, Codex or JetBrains AI can query hosts, check problems and manage templates.

Zabbix MCP Server

Zabbix MCP Server is a standalone HTTP service that exposes the entire Zabbix API as MCP tools, letting AI assistants query hosts, check problems, manage templates, acknowledge events and perform other Zabbix operations. It covers all 58 Zabbix API groups, 223 tools, plus 14 extension tools, including pre-correlated views that fold several raw API calls into one round trip, PNG graph export, anomaly detection, capacity forecasting and PDF report generation.

An admin web portal on port 9090 manages tokens, users, servers, templates and the audit log, including a wizard that generates ready-to-paste configuration for 14 AI clients. It supports multi-token authentication with scopes and IP restrictions, connects to multiple Zabbix instances at once, and offers both streamable HTTP and SSE transports.
