Alloy

A source-code generation framework that borrows ideas from JavaScript UI frameworks such as React and Solid, letting a generator describe source files and their contents using JSX or string templates.

Alloy

Alloy treats generating source code the way a front-end framework treats generating a page: JSX-like components describe declarations and the files that contain them, and the framework handles the parts that are otherwise tedious to get right by hand, such as building correct source text from pieces, linking declarations together, working out which imports a generated file needs, applying naming conventions, and formatting the result. A string-template mode is available for cases where JSX syntax is not wanted.

Language support currently covers generating C#, Java and TypeScript source code, with more languages planned. The project is explicitly pre-beta, so its API is expected to keep changing, and its documentation is still being written.

It is written in TypeScript and built with pnpm.
