codexU
A macOS menu bar and desktop app, with a new Windows Tauri build, that tracks OpenAI Codex and Claude Code quota windows, token usage, today's tasks and a locally computed AI usage score.
codexU shows Codex/ChatGPT Codex and Claude Code usage information — remaining quota ratios for 5-hour and 7-day windows, reset times, token usage and today's task progress — from the menu bar and a main window, so a developer does not need to reopen a browser or terminal to check it. Its scoring feature is derived only from locally verifiable agent lifecycle, parent/child relationship, concurrency and autonomous-run evidence; unreliable cost, delivery or estimate figures are excluded from the score.
All computation happens on the local Mac (or, for the separate Windows build, the local PC); the project states it does not upload usage, session, path, log or account data. The Windows x86_64 build ships as a standalone Tauri app supporting Codex only, distributed as unsigned MSI or NSIS installers; the macOS and Windows builds are developed and released independently and do not yet have identical feature coverage.
