FormKit

A form framework for React and Vue, designed for coding agents to reason about, with a single component API, co-located validation, and forms that automatically structure their own data.

FormKit

FormKit is a form framework for React and Vue built around one low-level primitive: a node that every form component owns. Nodes automatically structure data across components at any depth, so nested groups and lists produce matching objects and arrays without manual state management.

Every input uses one consistent component with more than thirty built-in validation rules declared inline, forms can be generated entirely from a JSON schema with conditional rendering and loops, and accessibility attributes are generated automatically. It ships with Tailwind CSS theming, more than thirty included languages, and a plugin system that can extend or override validation, internationalization or input types, with a paid Pro tier of additional input components.
