hunk

hunk is a review-first terminal diff viewer for agent-authored changesets, built on OpenTUI and Pierre diffs. It streams a multi-file review with sidebar navigation, showing inline AI and agent annotations beside the changed code.

It offers split, unified and responsive auto layouts, a watch mode that auto-reloads file- and Git-backed reviews as they change, and keyboard, mouse, pager and Git difftool support.

It installs as a standalone binary on macOS, Linux and Windows through an install script, npm, Homebrew, mise or Nix, verifying the downloaded archive against a release checksum where possible, and updates itself through its own update command. It is written in TypeScript under the MIT license.
