Mykeels.CSharpRepl

A C# REPL library that can be embedded in any .NET application, with syntax highlighting, code completion and runtime type introspection.

Mykeels.CSharpRepl

Mykeels.CSharpRepl is a stripped-down, plug-and-play version of CSharpRepl.Services: a C# read-eval-print loop that can be embedded in any .NET application to provide an interactive C# environment with syntax highlighting, code completion and an MCP server. It installs as a NuGet package and starts with a single call, optionally with pre-execution commands that import commonly used types before the REPL starts.

A host application can define its own ScriptGlobals static classes; once brought into scope, their public static members are picked up automatically by the built-in help command, alongside their parameter and return types. Typing a bare question mark after any type name or in-scope expression introspects it on demand the same way, whether in the terminal REPL or a Slack session.

It is written in C#.
