QBasic Web Editor

QBasic Web Editor is a browser-based editor and interpreter for QBasic 1.1 that runs classic QBasic programs directly in the page, aiming for DOSBox-accurate behaviour rather than a partial reimplementation of the language. It provides an editor pane with line numbers, a file menu, a set of sample programs, and options, alongside keyboard shortcuts for running the current program, opening a file and saving.

The bundled example program demonstrates text-mode BASIC features such as clearing the screen, setting text colour, positioning the cursor with LOCATE, reading user input, and looping, and the page waits for a keypress before returning control to the editor, matching how the original QBasic interpreter behaved.
