Tinycast

A fully native, lightweight macOS launcher offering app launching, a global hotkey palette, window management, clipboard history and support for running existing Raycast extensions.

Tinycast

Tinycast is a native macOS launcher built with SwiftUI and AppKit, with no third-party dependencies or Electron, running under 100 MB of memory. A global hotkey opens a palette for fuzzy-searching and launching apps, and it can also run existing Raycast extensions, rendered natively.

Its features include per-app hotkeys to focus or hide an app, file search through Spotlight, a dictionary lookup, searchable clipboard history for text and images, an inline calculator with unit, currency and crypto conversion, quicklinks that turn a URL or search into a command, and Rectangle-style window management with dozens of layout actions.

It also runs Apple Shortcuts, reusable Markdown snippets with placeholders, custom shell commands triggered by fuzzy search or hotkey, and system actions such as lock, sleep and restart.
