Angular Schematics extension for Visual Studio Code

A Visual Studio Code extension that generates Angular components and services by right-clicking a folder, instead of typing Angular CLI commands.

Angular Schematics extension for Visual Studio Code

This extension brings Angular's code-generation schematics into VS Code's UI: right-clicking a destination folder starts a wizard that creates components, services and other Angular files without typing a CLI command, and it can enforce a team's chosen conventions so generated code stays consistent across a project.

It is tested against the two most recent VS Code releases and is expected to work on VS Code-based editors such as VSCodium and the latest Cursor, though some VS Code-specific features, such as the built-in walkthrough that serves as its documentation, are not available on every fork.

The extension has been installed about 1.5 million times and is maintained by a single contributor, with a paid Pro edition alongside the free base extension.
