Browser Use

An AI browser-automation agent, available as an open-source Python and TypeScript library, a CLI that connects to an existing agent, or a hosted cloud browser with stealth and CAPTCHA-handling for scaled use.

Browser Use

Browser Use is a browser automation agent that navigates websites the way a person would: filling in forms, picking dates, handling CAPTCHAs and completing multi-step tasks such as booking an appointment. It ships as an open-source Python library, so it can be run from custom code with a chosen model, custom tools and structured output, and a matching TypeScript version is also available.

A command-line interface adds browser access to an existing agent, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, either interactively or from scripts, and connects to a local or a cloud browser. A separate hosted option runs the agent, a stealth browser with CAPTCHA solving and residential proxies, and supporting infrastructure entirely in the cloud, reachable through an API.

The project also offers its own model, tuned for browser automation, as an alternative to using an existing large language model provider.

A desktop AI agent for Windows that executes terminal commands, manages files, writes and runs code, browses the web and reads the screen, acting on natural-language requests rather than only answering them.
