CloakBrowser

A drop-in Playwright and Puppeteer replacement built on a real Chromium binary with source-level fingerprint patches, meant to pass automated bot-detection checks.

CloakBrowser

CloakBrowser is a stealth Chromium browser meant to pass automated bot-detection tests, built as a drop-in replacement for Playwright and Puppeteer in Python and JavaScript with the same API. Rather than patching browser configuration or injecting JavaScript, the project describes 87 source-level C++ patches covering canvas, WebGL, audio, fonts, GPU, screen, WebRTC, network timing and automation signals, plus a CDP-level input behavior patch.

An optional humanize flag adds human-like mouse movement, keyboard timing and scroll patterns aimed at passing behavioral detection, and the project reports passing tests from Cloudflare Turnstile, FingerprintJS and BrowserScan among others. It is installed with pip or npm, which downloads the matching browser binary automatically, and also ships a Docker image for trying it without a local install. A free tier and a paid tier with a stronger reCAPTCHA score are both distributed through the same package.

  • Prompt OS

    github.com

A desktop AI agent for Windows that executes terminal commands, manages files, writes and runs code, browses the web and reads the screen, acting on natural-language requests rather than only answering them.
