Copilot for Xcode

Copilot for Xcode is an Xcode Source Editor Extension that brings GitHub Copilot, Codeium and ChatGPT support into Xcode. It provides inline code suggestions, a chat interface, code modification, and custom commands that extend both chat and modification.

Using the suggestion features requires an active GitHub Copilot subscription or Codeium account; chat and prompt-to-code features require a valid OpenAI API key or access to another supported LLM. The extension needs folder access and Accessibility API permissions to work, and installs either via Homebrew or by downloading the app directly, after which it runs a background launch agent that performs the real work behind the source editor extension.
