jupyterlite-ai

A JupyterLab, Notebook 7 and JupyterLite extension that adds AI code completions and a chat panel inside the notebook, configurable with different AI providers.

jupyterlite-ai

jupyterlite-ai is an extension that adds AI-powered code completions and a chat panel to JupyterLab, Jupyter Notebook 7 and JupyterLite, so a user can get suggestions and ask questions without leaving the notebook interface. It can be tried directly in the browser through JupyterLite before installing anything.

It requires JupyterLab 4.4 or later, or Notebook 7.4 or later, and installs through pip, with an optional extra that pulls in JupyterLab, JupyterLite and Notebook together. Configuring which AI provider to use is covered in the project's own documentation.
