v-analyzer

v-analyzer is a language server for the V programming language, providing code completion, go-to-definition and go-to-type-definition, find-all-references, document symbols, symbol renaming, hover documentation, inlay type hints, semantic syntax highlighting, formatting, and signature help, exposed through a VS Code extension and usable from other editors such as Vim.

It installs by downloading and running an install script with the V compiler itself, or from pre-built binaries for Linux x64, macOS (x64 and ARM), and Windows x64 on the project's release page. Building it from source requires initializing its Git submodules first. The project is tested through continuous integration covering its build, its own analyzer test suite, its bundled tree-sitter grammar for V, and its VS Code extension.
